PAYMENT POLICY

A $1,000.00 USD deposit is required per hunter when booking a hunt package.

 

A $500.00 USD deposit is required for non-hunters when booking with a hunting group.

 

Full balance is due at least 60 days prior to your scheduled hunt.

 

We accept cash in US currency, checks drawn on US banks or credit cards as forms of payment.

Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

 

Additional items such as extra shells, souvenirs, masseuse service etc. may be paid in Argentina with US currency, US check (subject to a 5% surcharge) or by credit card.

Any payment made by credit card in Argentina will be processed by Argentina Bird Hunts in Florida, USA.

 

It is customary to give your Bird Boy and Lodge Staff (Lodge Staff tip is divided amongst all staff) at least $50.00 USD each per day.

All tips for Bird Boys and Lodge Staff are paid in cash USD on location in Argentina.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $1,000.00 initial booking deposit is not refundable. It may be applied or transferred to another person for a future hunt within the remaining calendar year of your scheduled hunt or thru December 31st of the following year. The deposit will be lost if no hunt is booked and used within this period of time.

 

If you cancel a hunt within the 60 days prior to the hunt and after full payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the total payment amount less the $1,000.00 USD booking deposit, hunting license fees, gun rental fees or gun permit fees.

 

If you cancel before the 60 days prior to your scheduled hunt you will receive a refund for the total payment made up to that point less the $1,000.00 USD booking deposit.

 

Any payment that was processed by a credit card will be refunded to the same credit card less the credit card company transaction fees that apply.

 

If payment was made by cash or check you will receive a refund by company check.

 

Please allow at least 15 days for refunds to be processed.
