The Blue/Gray or Spotted Pigeon, also known as the Blue Rock Pigeon and better known in Argentina as “Pichon”, is one of this country’s most fascinating game birds. They are not only fast flyers, they decoy quite well and are found by the thousands. It is not uncommon for a hunter to fire over 1,000 rounds in one day. For our Pigeon hunts there is a set limit of 250 birds per day, per hunter. Although the Pigeon hunting is available year round, the best time to hunt them is between April and October.

$750 per person/day in Santiago del Estero.

Corrientes Lodge
Corrientes Lodge is located in the province of Santiango del Estero, approximately three hour driving time from the airport. This Lodge can accommodate up to 8 hunters. It has Four air-conditioned rooms, two of which have private bathrooms and Two have Shared-bathroom.
Corrientes Lodge has a spacious dining room with satellite television, a stocked complimentary bar and where you can enjoy authentic Argentine “asados” with our famous Argentine beef, fine Argentine wines and many delicious traditional delicacies. It also includes free laundry services and free W-Fi. Gun rental, masseuse and a gift shop where you can purchase some souvenirs are also available.
